Site Notifications
Post an announcement that appears as a banner at the top of the pages you choose. Use Every Page for site-wide notices, the Guest Concierge & Homepage box for notices aimed at guests, or the Management Portal box for notices aimed at management. Visitors can dismiss a banner once they have read it. Remove a notice here to take it down everywhere it shows.

Shows on every page of the site — the public pages as well as the Owners, Guest, and Management portals.
Guest Concierge & Homepage
Shows as a banner on the Guest Concierge and the Homepage only.
Management Portal
Shows as a banner on the Management Portal only.
Email & SMS Delivery Log
Every owner housekeeping or maintenance request is automatically emailed or texted to the management company that manages the unit, using the channel that company chose at registration. This log records each attempt so you can confirm alerts are going out. Statuses: delivered (handed to the email/SMS provider), logged (no provider keys configured yet — written to function logs only), skipped (the company has no email/phone on file), failed (the provider rejected it).
